    By selecting "Plan Service" the user accesses the "Planning/Scheduling" area where they can manage the team according to the daily schedule of each of the "Productive".

     

    In this diary, all ‘dead time’ can be defined (e.g. absences, holidays, breaks) so that an effective total of working hours can be counted, which can be budgeted and distributed among the team, and thus determine the actual level of productivity.


    As the budgets presented to customers are approved, the workshop manager can allocate them to the team at any time and schedule them by observing the total free hours, and it is also possible to consult the process of each vehicle among other analysis options.

    At any moment, it is possible to dynamically analyze the status of each vehicle and intervene in real time in the process, assigning specific notifications to the customer or making parts requests.

    The planning functionality in DataDrive provides a set of very relevant metrics for workshop management, as they offer, both individually and from a global perspective, the performance level resulting from the scheduled work.


    • Estimated hours: Informs at each moment the budgeted time compared to the team's total hourly capacity

    • Free time: Inform the time margin available for new appointments in relation to the team's total hourly capacity
       

    • Hours worked: Informs at every moment the total hours worked

    • Productivity: Report the ratio between the total hours worked and the available hours

    • Efficiency: Informs the ratio between the total budgeted hours and the total worked hours

    • Budgeted amount: Allows a global view of billing to be carried out based on approved budgets
