    1.What are the main difficulties felt by workshop customers?

    The difficulties are diverse and some are transversal to any sector. For example, the profile of the final consumer who increasingly demands a faster, more transparent service that meets their needs.

    In the aftermarket auto sector, specific needs of the sector are added, such as the constant need for a multi-brand workshop to update technical skills to remain competitive and continue to provide quality service.

    Hence the need for simple and fast tools that allow Workshops and Networks to increase their productivity, retain customers, and grow their business. It is precisely these types of tools that we incorporate into the DataDrive and that allow workshops to differentiate their business.



    2.How does the platform help the workshop to overcome these difficulties?

    The platform was created in the workshops for the workshops. There was a whole analysis of needs in a real environment to be able to respond with an effective solution.

    The idea is to simplify processes while adding value in the relationship with the customer and the parts partner. For example: with the Datadrive platform, we directly make the quotation with the customer, schedule the best day/time to perform the service, and order the parts.


    3.What is the Ambassadors Program?

    The Ambassador Program was created to provide the best experience in adopting the platform, minimizing any resistance to change that naturally arises when technologies are very recent and especially when they require new learning to internalize their rationale.

    What we do is go to the field, alongside selected Workshops and Networks, to accelerate the entire learning process and thus promote the adoption of the platform in a real environment.

    We have had real success stories and it is visible the improvement of the business model in these organizations thanks to the regular use of the platform, which makes us very proud. These success stories are what inspire other workshops and ensure us that we are on the right path.

    4.What is the feedback from the workshop after adopting the DataDrive platform?

    The feedback couldn't be better. From the moment organizations adopt the platform, they realize how their daily routine becomes more practical and impacts their sales growth, resulting in enormous satisfaction.

    By the way, going back to working with the previous methods seems chaotic to them. Just as an example: after the workshop manager gets into the habit of giving the customer a reliable repair estimate – in person and in seconds – it will be frustrating to see the customer leave the workshop without any information.
