    We carried out specific training for Tips4y's Team Leaders with very specific goals:

    In addition to training content designed to enhance leadership skills, the training structure promotes the direct application of concepts in real cases, with very stimulating practical results:

    1. TRAINING

    3. RESULTS

    The knowledge acquired will be used in practice, within 1 month of the training, followed by a Training Lab, where each Team Leader will share its use cases based on concrete results.
