    Aware of this reality, Tips4y is focusing on a strategy for competency development with the aim of stimulating and cultivating internal leadership skills and fostering high-performance teams.

    In addition to training with content aimed at enhancing leadership skills, the training structure promotes the direct application of concepts in real cases, with very stimulating practical results:

    The knowledge acquired will be demonstrated in practice, within 1 month after training, and in the context of a Training Lab, where each Team Leader will share their use cases (relationship with a team member) based on concrete results.
