Tips4y is committed to a “Marketing-Driven Organization” culture
Corporate
Aware of the importance that the strategic marketing currently plays in organizations that prepare their future in a world full of challenges, Tips4y promoted a training session for the entire team based on the concept “We are all marketers”.
"Marketing Driven Organization"
A training led by André Zeferino.
This initiative provided an inspirational and at the same time actionable session on the strategic importance of this area, as a management skill that supports all areas of the organization.
The purpose of this strategic action
Based on the concept that we are all marketers, this action aims to provide practical use cases and guidelines on the role of marketing in business strategy, in order to encourage a “marketing-driven” attitude in each employee.
In times of accelerated change in the business world, the role of marketing has become more complex and demanding due to the introduction of new variables in the markets.
These new variables are related to behavioral and technical changes, which put pressure on marketers in terms of knowledge development and decision-making, forcing a considerable improvement in management practices in all functional areas.
This concept that we are all Marketers requires a new attitude in the entire organization, influencing all employees, regardless of their internal skills, to understand how to think marketing.
“There is a solidary and involving responsibility throughout the value chain.”
Positioning itself as a technological startup dedicated to bringing innovation to the automotive aftermarket, while at the same time participating in the future of mobility, Tips4y has always been committed to the development of its teams, so that they can acquire the best skills in order to face current and future challenges of this market.
The "Marketing-Driven" mentality
Although Marketing is still often positioned as a “Department”, any business performance indicator related to the product or service involves practically all functional areas, whether administrative, operational, etc.
By embracing this new culture, Tips4y reinforces its mission to serve all points of contact with customers - administrative, operational, commercial and development areas - in a consistent alignment with its values, enabling the entire organization to use the most diverse marketing tools for its roles, projects and initiatives.
