  • Tips4y is now present on the platforms Facebook and Instagram with the objective of having communication that is increasingly closer to its audience, with an editorial plan suitable to the interest profile of its followers.

    Besides the sharing of common information that can serve both platforms, the communication strategy of Tips4y will privilege the individual characteristics of each channel in terms of reach and engagement to provide the best search and content consumption convenience to the respective audiences.


    According to the regular Marktest study on social media usage in the national market (published since 2011), Facebook is the largest social network in Portugal in absolute terms, with penetration close to 95%, allowing it to achieve the highest spontaneous awareness (97%), followed by Instagram (88%).

    Globally, both networks show highly significant values in active monthly users—Facebook nearing 3 billion and Instagram with 2 billion—as well as in content consumption (almost 1 hour per day on Facebook and about 30 minutes daily on Instagram). It is estimated that over 200 billion businesses globally have a presence on these two channels, mainly SMEs.
