Who are the Tipstors? The question is relevant and we're going to clarify it. At Tips4y, the Tipstor represents an idea of community, an idea of belonging to a culture with which everyone in the organization identifies. Tipstor is the name that defines each person in the organization and reflects an identity shared by everyone.
The Tipstor was born in the development of the Onboarding Program that Tips4y launched this year, 2021, with the main goal of ensuring an excellent welcome for those who have just joined the company. It's about welcoming newcomers in a relaxed but informed way, fun but professional, light but complete in terms of content.
Throughout the Onboarding Program, the Tipstor follows several tasks which, in a structured and progressive way, enable a better knowledge of the company, a challenge to socialize or to have short training sessions with each colleague.
In this process, the new Tipstor becomes involved with the company's culture and learns its values, feeling part of a whole that values each role in the organization.

“Tipstor Book”
We also produced the “Tipstor Book”, a small book that gathers the superpowers of Tips4y and its Tipstors from A to Z, reflecting the company's DNA. With a very relaxed and fun graphic style, like a cartoon, all the messages are there and it's impossible to remain indifferent. Reading this book is very inspiring and reinforces the sense of enthusiasm and involvement that distinguishes the Tipstors.
The Tipstor identifies with the organization's values and the organization recognizes the values that matter in each Tipstor. We respect each person's nature and the healthy difference that distinguishes each individual, but there are values shared by everyone in the organization. Human values, a collaborative spirit, the ability to innovate and increase knowledge are excellent examples that define a Tipstor. The agility of an organization that values collaborative management and ensures transparency in its processes is also a very inspiring and motivating factor for everyone.
It's part of us to encourage entrepreneurial mindsets. It's part of us to think entrepreneurially. We are flexible and like to learn from each other. There is a huge team spirit and union that allows us to grow as people and as professionals and when one grows, everyone grows. But if one person fails, everyone is with them too. We are aligned, we are together with the same purpose and we know how to drive the company's mission and vision with commitment and motivation.
The Tipstor reflects a culture driven by purpose, which is at the basis of an organization's foundation. What makes a company culture truly powerful is that sense of belonging, that spirit of community, of recognizing the incredible value of the people who are part of the organization and identify with its culture.
In fact, brands reflect a culture and culture goes far beyond intangible benefits. It is the essence of the company's value proposition that inspires all stakeholders.
