1. What are the main problems experienced by workshop customers?
The challenges are diverse and some are common to any industry. For example, the profile of the end consumer, who increasingly demands a faster, more transparent service that meets their needs.
In the automotive aftermarket, there are also specific needs, such as the continuous need for a multi-brand workshop to update its technical skills in order to remain competitive and continue to provide a quality service.
Therefore, there is a need for simple and quick tools that allow workshops to increase their productivity, retain customers and grow their business. It is precisely these types of features that we have incorporated into DataDrive and that allow workshops to differentiate their business.
2. How does the platform assist the workshop to solve these problems?

In fact, working with the previous methods again seems chaotic to them.
